James L. Young Jr., 78, of Denton, Texas passed away on November 23, 2014. A visitation will be held for James on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Denton Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. A 1:00 p.m. graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Sycamore Cemetery in Wise County, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Pullen Young; son, James Trent Young (Carla); two grandchildren, Austin Young and Amanda Lidster (Paul); sister, Nora Faye Cain(Johnny); uncle, Alan Ray Young (Nelda); brother in law, Kenneth Caraway; as well as several nieces and nephews. James is preceded in death by his parents, James Lawrence Young Sr. and Irene Cogburn Young; and his sister, Minnie Caraway. Arrangements are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
