James F. "JIM" Render, 73 of Denton, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011 at his home. He was born April 19, 1937 in Dallas, TX to George Nall and Eustacia (Stewart) Render. He was a graduate of the Public Schools and attended the University of North Texas. He was District Manager for Farmers Insurance Group and worked for FEMA. He was a member of the Baptist Church, Noon Optimist Club, Football Officials Assoc. and Stanfield Masonic Lodge #217.
Mr. Render is survived by his wife Marie Render of Denton, TX daughter, Deborah Wright of St. Petersburg, FL and Step sons, Randy Morris of Corinth, Gary Morris of Ponder, and Dana Morris of Justin, Sisters Nancy Render of McKinney, and Dr. Suzanne Curtis of Austin, TX Seven Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, January 28, 2011 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, TX with Rev. Mark Chew, officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home on Thursday, January 27, 2011 for visitation from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.
