James O. Wheeler, "PeeWee" 74 of Sanger, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Presbyterian Hospital. James was born on January 22, 1934 in Sanger o Webb and Bethal Wheeler. He was a paint contractor for 35 Years. He married Josephine Sweeney on May 23, 1952. He is a member of the Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church.
A funeral service will be held at 11:0-0 A. M. on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at the Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 1101 Audra Ln. Denton, TX, with Rev. Randy Snow and Rev. Otis Lee, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Sanger Cemetery in Sanger. The family will be at Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, for visitation from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Friday, February 22, 2008.
Mr. Wheeler is survived by his wife of 54 Years, Josephine of Sanger, and his beloved dog Wendy. Two sisters, Martha Lee and Mina Brown and her husband, Fred, of Denton, One brother, Jack Wheeler and wife Geneva of Whitesboro, and one sister-in-law, Carolyn Pullen, of Denton, and brother in law, Tommy Keeland, of Denton..
