James "Jim" Kitchen, age 62 of Lewisville Texas passed December 12, 2009 at Denton Reginal Medical Center. Jim was born in Kansas City, MO to James and Betty Kitchen. He survived by his daughters Lindsey Kitchen(Davis) of Plano, Tx, and Amanda Hutchinson of Lewisville, step-brother Bob Austin of Lewisville, and one grandchild Elizabeth Hutchinson. Funeral service where held on December 15, 2009 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home. In leau of flowers donation can be made to Toys for Tots.
