James Estal Reed "JR", age 50, of Lewisville, passed away, October 20, 2008.

JR was born in St. Joseph Michigan on April 28, 1958 to Don and Betty Reed.  He led an adventures life that led him to Colorado, Wyoming and Texas where he lived for 20 years. He married Carmen Steele July 4 1979 and had two children April and Christina.  After the dissolve of that marriage he joined his now widow Marry Long and spent 18 wonderful years together. His true loves were riding motorcycles and his wife Marry.  In his later years he was fighting illness and did not get out much. He enjoyed playing video games and watching baseball.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years Mary Reed of Greenville, TX, step-son Michal Dry and wife Laura of Katy, TX daughters April Reed of Largo, Florida, and Christina Frederick and husband, Robert of Lake Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his grandchildren Elizabeth Dry, Hope Frederick, Ayden Maitner and numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Marie Nabb, father Don Reed, mother-in-law June Crowe and brother Robert Reed.

Service set for 11:00AM, Friday in the MMFH Chapel internment will hopefully follow in the DFW National Cemetery at 1pm.
