James A. Harwell, 54, of Denton, died Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton.
James was born on May 2, 1964 in Denton to Jack Dempsey and Pauline (Witt) Harwell.
He is survived by sisters, Donna Willis (Rich) of Sadler, Judy Good (Marty Earwood) of Denton, Barbara Ganzer (David) of Sanger; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 19, 2018 at Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Relay for Life at Evers Park.
