Obituary
James Lowell Epperson, 68 of Denton, TX passed away on Thursday, September 8,2011 at his home. He was born October 6, 1942 in Quinlan, TX to Harry
Rooks and Opal (Howell) Epperson. He attended Public Schools and Texas A & M University. He was a Transmission Engineer for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. He was married to Shirley Ann Waldroup on December 29, 1961 in Quinlan
and was looking forward to celebrating a 50 year wedding anniversary this year. He was a member of Lake Forest Baptist Church of Lewisville Texas.
Mr. Epperson is survived by his wife Shirley Epperson of Denton, sons Larry Don Epperson of Aubrey, and Kevin Allen Epperson of Highland Village, a Brother Meredith Kellog Epperson of West Tawakoni, TX and Six Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Louise E. Pippin, brothers Harry Epperson, and Bob Epperson.
A family Celebration of Life will be held at The First Baptist Church of Lewisville TX on October 1st, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Center.
