James "Jim" Peter Costulis, 68, of Denton, died Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Medical City Hospital in Denton.

Mr. Costulis was born on October 30, 1952 in Deming, NM to Peter James and Annie (Sainz) Costulis. He was married to Belinda Gail Foster on December 14, 2002 in Silver City, NM. He was an active member of Denton Bible Church. For most of his life he worked as a lineman, which he loved and he always said if he could do it all over again he'd still be a lineman.
He worked as the safety and training manager for Quanta Services, Inc. His Priorities in life were God and his family and he never failed in putting those things first. He loved people and people loved him. He wanted to get to know you and help however he could.

Jim is survived by his wife, Gail Costulis of Denton; daughters, Jamie Ashworth and her husband Patrick of Denton, Arabela Costulis of Denton; sons, Peter Costulis and his wife Perla of Lewisville, Arnold Orozco of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Barbara Costulis of Anna, Helen Costulis of Wyoming, Debbie Seats, Deming, NM; grandchildren, Jacqueline Costulis, James Costulis, Michael Costulis, Eileen Costulis, David James Perez, Alexander Ashworth. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hilda Flores Costulis; uncles, Pete Sainz, Tony Boatman; aunt, Clara House and his parents.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 26, 2021in the chapel of Denton Bible Church, 2300 E. University Dr., Denton. Interment will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas.
