James "Scott" Alston Adams, 42 of Oak Point, TX passed away on March 20, 2013 at his home. Scott was born in Pasadena, TX on February 6, 1971 the son of John James and Karen Elizabeth Wroten Adams.
Scott is survived by his sister Laura Grether and her husband Marc of Oak Point; grandmother Edith Alston Wroten of Oak Point; aunt Lois Boatwright of Denton; uncle Bryan Boatwright of Denton; nephews Peter and Daniel Grether; nieces Catherine and Sarah Grether, all of Oak Point and cousins Stephen, Marc and Peter Boatwright.
There will be a visitation on Saturday March 23, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton with a Memorial Service beginning at 10:00. Scott's final resting place will be Rosewood Park Cemetery in Humble. Online condolences may be made at www.mulkeymasondenton.com
