"Jackie" Josephine Shields, age 82 of Flower Mound, Texas, founder of Ham-N- Eggs restaurant in Lewisville, TX, passed away, Monday, November 12, 2007. She was born April 24, 1925 in Manila, Philippines to George E. and Josephine (Lebrun) Coennen. She married Robert Shields, February 14, 1971 in CA, he preceded her in death in 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannette Noble of CO; two sons, Jody Rice of CA and Micheal Rice of TX; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Rice in 2002. A Memorial Service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 19, 2007 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home.
