Jack Chapman Slack, age 85, passed away, Sunday, October 18,
2009. He was born August 12, 1924 in Finley, Ohio to Joseph A. and Virginia
Chapman Slack. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 24,
2009 at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis, Michigan. Visitation will be 5-7:00 p.m.,
Friday, October 23, 2009 at Hackman Foglesong Funeral Home in Sturgis, MI.
