Hugh Allen Davis, 86 of Lewisville , TX quietly passed from this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2009. He was born August 15, 1923 in Argyle, TX to Albert & Ruby Davis. He was a proud American who bravely served in the US Army from 1941-1945 and received 5 Bronze Stars. He married Katherine Pannell on February 17, 1946 and they were married for 49 years before she preceded him in death in 1995. He retired from Vought Aircraft Industries in 1980 after 34 years of service. He is survived by 4 children: Gary Davis and wife, Wendy, Karen Richardson and husband Dennis Dickey, Butch Davis and wife, Bonnie, Susan Willis and husband Jeff; Granddad to 10 grandchildren, Bart Richardson, Leslie Curtis, Chuck Davis, Jennifer Graham, Bryan Davis, Gary Davis, Jr., Jodie Cairns, Christa Ledbetter, Mandi Willis, Morgan Willis, 8 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 11, 2009 at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, Lewisville, TX. Burial will follow in McCurley Cemetery in Lewisville, TX. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home.
