Howard Stanard died at age 96 on Wednesday, September 6, in Lewisville, Texas. Howard was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and lived there most of his life. After retirement, Howard wintered in Ft Myers, FL. He attended North High School and Syracuse University. He was senior class president at North High and a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity at SU. He retired as Vice President of Lincoln National Bank in Syracuse after 36 years. Howard was predeceased by his wife, Charlotte Stanard, and two sisters, Louise Litchfield and Jane VanDyke. He is survived by his sons, Charles Stanard of Syracuse, Kingsley Stanard of Rochester, NY, and Michael Stanard of Grapevine, TX and his grandchildren, Alan Stanard of San Antonio, TX and Tina Stanard of Austin, TX.
