Helen Walker Holt, age 86, of Lewisville, formerly of Austin, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2007, in Lewisville.

She was born March 7, 1921 in Olton, Texas to Horace and Callie Walker. Helen married

William Holt who preceded her in death in November 1999.

She is survived by her daughter, Jane Ball of Longview, Texas; sons, Stephen Holt, M.D. of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mark Holt, M.D. of Lewisville, David Holt of Austin and

John Holt of Grapevine, Texas; 7 grandchildren and her sister, Joan Blackburn of Santa Barbara, California. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Geri Sams, Oscar Umana, Dr. Tim Shepherd and Dr. Weldon Park.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2007, at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville.
