Harold Delano (Harold Lee) Cudd, 78, of Denton, passed away on Saturday February 11, 2012 at Denton Regional Medical Center. He was born December 17, 1933 in Breckenridge, TX to Hugh Palmer and William Ethel (Shephard)Cudd. He attended Denton Public Schools. He was married to Glennis Maxine Wettmark on April 11, 1959 in Denton, TX and she died January 27, 2010. He was a welder for General Motors Assembly Plant. He was a member of the Cooper Creek Baptist Church and served in the US Navy.

Mr. Cudd is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Patty Cudd of Argyle, Bryan and Margene Cudd of Denton, and John and Cindy Cudd of Sanger, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six brothers.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm February 14, 2012 at the Cooper Creek Baptist Church, with Dr. Richard Montgomery and Rev. Bobby Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in the Cooper Creek Cemetery. The family will be at the Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton on Monday February 13, 2012 for visitation from 6 until 8 pm.
