George Wesley Coulter, born to George & Elizabeth Coulter on October 11, 1923 in Garza, TX. He was called to his heavenly home to be with his Lord on July 17, 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, of 60 years, Virnell, sister, Edith Painter, brother Tommy, and brother-in-law Gene Bradford. He is survived by daughter Donna McMillen and husband Bobby, daughter Cindy Buerke and husband, Cliff, grandsons Justin Banks and wife Erin, Jason Banks and wife, Denise, Jonathan Banks and wife Lindsay, great-grandchildren Jocelyn Tyler, Chandler, Tristan, Matthew and Jayce Banks, sister Betty Jo Bradford, sister Mary Ruth Ellis and husband Jimmie, brother Floyd and wife Jackie, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Carrollton, TX. Wes was a WWII and Korean Conflict Veteran. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Scottish Rite. He worked for B.F. Goodrich for 39 years. Visitation is Sunday, July 22, 2007, 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 148 West Church Street., Lewisville, TX. Funeral service is Monday, July 23, 2007, 10:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church, 2400 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX with a 3:00 P.M. graveside service at Cottonwood Cemetery, Bryson, TX. His family is so grateful for the care he received from Vista Ridge Comprehensive Adult Care and Harris Hospice.
