Gregory Duerr, age 61, of Lewisville passed away Sunday evening, February 22, 2009 following a courageous battle with cancer.

Greg was born May 26, 1947 in Saint Joseph, Michigan to Frank Duerr and Katherine McDonald.  Greg retired from the City of Allen as a Code Enforcement Officer and previously worked twelve years as a police officer in Michigan.

Greg loved his family and friends and loved life and will be missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Saint Ann's Catholic Church, Visitation will be from 5pm to 6pm prior to the mass. http://www.stannparish.org ;  180 Samuel Blvd., Coppell, TX  75019.

CELEBRATION OF THE LIFE OF GREG DUERR

Please join family and friends of Greg Duerr for a celebration of his life.

This joyous occasion will take place on Saturday, February 28, from 12:00-5:00pm at

The Vineyards RV Park on Lake Grapevine. This will be a Pot Luck afternoon, with

hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, and condiments provided. Please bring a side dish, drinks,

chairs (picnic stuff).  Dress is very casual. Just be prepared for the kind of day which Greg loved most: fun with family and friends!
