Glynna Jo Cowgur Ward, 64, of Denton, TX passed away on May 24, 2019.

She went to be with her beloved husband Stoney and her loving father William Cowgur.

Glynna was born on April 16, 1955 to William (Bill) and Melva Hodges Cowgur and was their only child.

She graduated from Denton High School in 1973. She married the love of her life Stoney Ward on April 5, 1974.

Glynna is survived by her mother Melva Cowgur and her daughters; Davi Jo Marcantel, Autumn Ward and Jordan Brockett of Denton, TX, Kenny Ward of Denton, son Stoney and wife Candi Ward of Sanger, TX, son William (Billy) and wife Meka Ward of Norfolk, Virginia, son Robert Ward of Aubrey, TX and daughter Taylor and husband Alex Sehweiker of Frisco, TX, and fifteen grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at McKenna Park in Denton, TX in the near future.
