Gloria Dawn Winner-Saxton, 63, of Krum, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.  She was born February 13, 1946 in Buffalo, NY to Otis Max and Melva Ruth (Sparling) Burnett.  She was a graduate of Clifton Springs High School and LVN Nursing training, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday February 23, 2009 at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1801 Malone St., Denton, with Bishop Labrum, officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 10:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. on Monday, February 23, 2009 at the Church.

Mrs. Saxton is survived by her husband, Lawrence K. Saxton of Krum; daughters, Cheryl A. Stone of Burleson, Sally J. Derrick of Liberty Hill, Susan Weaver of Chelmsford, MA, and Juli A. Thorpe of Krum; son, Richard D. Saxton of New Boston;   sisters, Cheryl Morris, of Del, Beverly Vora, Wendy Dickinson, and Carol Jean Burnett all of New York; brothers, Lawrence Winner of Florida, and Brian Burnett of New Hampshire; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
