Gladys Irene Smith, 75, passed away at her home in Sanger, TX on January 21, 2014. Gladys was born on April 11, 1938 in Hobart OK the daughter of Edmond Loren Tolbert and Claudia Irene Wilson Tolbert. She married William E. Smith on May 12, 1978 in Lake Dallas, TX. She is survived by her daughters; Charlotte Atchley of Gordonville, TX; Sharon Finnel of Denton, TX; Cheryl Wise of Ponder, TX; Sheilla Forester of Denton, TX; brother Jerry Tolbert of Colorado; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Smith and her daughter Sherry Polen. A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday January 25, 2014 at 1:00p.m. at the Sanger Cemetery in Sanger, TX.
