Gladys Pauline Lee, 86, of Denton passed away peacefully on July 7, 2017. Gladys was born in Denton, Texas on June 24, 1931 the daughter of Clyde Earl Manry and Alice Lorena Clark Manry. Gladys married James Calvin Lee on August 12, 1947 and was a beauty operator and homemaker. Her husband James Lee preceded her in death in 2004. She also was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Alice Manry. She is survived by her two daughters Jamie Dunn and husband Jackie of Denton and Vickie Widener and husband Allen of grand Prairie, TX; and her sister Betty Jo Rupp of Dallas; 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home Chapel, 705 N. Locust in Denton, with Rev. Don Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton. Visitation will take place from 9am-10am just before the service.
