Obituary
Gerold Wayne Roberson, 69, of Denton, died Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at the Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. He was born March 12, 1936 in Frost, TX to Dudley and Etta (Threet) Roberson. He was married to Bobbie Vest in Frost on October 22, 1955. He was a member of the Friendship Church of Denton, and was retired from the J. C. Penney Company.
A funeral service will be held at 1 P. M. Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the Friendship Church, with Rev. John Stout officiating. Burial will follow in the Frost Cemetery in Frost, Texas at 4:30 P.M. Thursday. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 P.M. until 9 P.M. Wednesday, September 28, 2005 for visitation.
Mr. Roberson is survived by his wife, Bobbie Roberson of Denton, three daughters Chari Childres, Lori Frank, and Debbie Irby, all of Krum, and son Steve Roberson, of Carrollton; one sister, Mary Bourland, of Krum, and thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
