Obituary
Gerald Strobel, age 81, of The Colony, TX passed away, Tuesday, January 15, 2008.
He was born on October 10, 1926 in Foss, Oklahoma to George and Fern Strobel. He married Melba McAllister on September 16, 1950 in Dill City, OK. His family includes his wife of 57 years, Melba Strobel; daughter, E'Lisa Fross-Turknett and her husband Clyde of Austin, TX; son Gary Strobel and his wife Lillian of Rowlett; grandchildren, Natalie Fross, Jeff Fross and Jesse Strobel; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Chris Strobel and his brother, Ron Strobel. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2008 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Burial will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Dallas/Ft.Worth National Cemetery.
