Obituary
George Douglas "DOUG" Hill, 59, of Argyle, passed away on WednesdayDecember 23, 2009 at Denton Regional Medical Center, He was born September 1, 1950 in West Point, Mississippi to Robert Owens and Alice Mae (Blake) Hill. He attended Public Schools, and was retired from Vought Aircraft as Maintenance Engineer after 34 years, and before that the City of Denton.
A funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. Monday, December 28, 2009 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev. Grady Moore, officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home on Sunday, December 27, 2009 for visitation from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.
Mr. Hill is survived by a sister, Brenda Salas, of Dallas, and a brother Robert Hill, of Argyle, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Barnes Hill, and daughter, Sheryl Hill, and his parents.
