Gary Lee Parker, Sr. 52 of Aubrey, passed away on Monday August 2, 2010 at his home. He was born July 9, 1958 in Lee County, FL to Dalton C. and Mary Alice (Allred) Parker. He attended Congress Junior High School, and was a Heavy Equipment Operator in the Construction Field.

A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, August 6, 2010 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton with Rev. Randy Snow officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home on Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. for visitation.

Mr. Parker is survived by daughters Christy Parker of Fort Worth, Laura Parker of Valley View, Tiffany Dowdy of Denton, Breana Parker Kunkle of Austin; sons Gary Parker, Jr. of Krum, Jerry Parker of Gainesville and David Parker of Georgia; sisters Dorothy Thomas, Judy Bornoer, and Tammy Chandler all of Denton, Brenda Applehans of Kansas, and Lisa Olsen of Sanger; one brother Tommy Parker of Aubrey; and Eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Fay Wright, and brothers Jimmy Parker, Ricky Parker, and Steve Parker.
