Franklin 'Andy' Douglas Anderson, 72, of Justin, died Saturday December 16, 2006 at home in Justin.
Mr. Anderson was born November 21, 1934 in Fairfield, Alabama to Lloyd and Evie (Brock) Anderson. He was married to Betty Gail Rice on May 4, 1956 in Imperial Beach, California. He was retired from the United States Navy. He was a Shriner and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Jacksonville, Florida.
A graveside service will be held with military honors at 2:00 PM Tuesday December 19, 2006 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX. Rev. Don McWhinney will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday December 18 at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Anderson of Justin; daughters, Michelle McClellan of Roanoke, TX, Nan Denise Sciscoe of Justin; sons, Franklin Douglas Anderson, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, Danny Anderson of Justin, Lloyd Anderson of Trenton, TX; sister, Margaret Prather of Arlington, VA; brothers, Ernest Anderson of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, Jimmy Anderson of Overland Park, Kansas; eleven grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
