Frank Robinson, 92, of Denton, died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at his home in Denton.
Mr. Robinson was born on December 27, 1923 in Crawford, TX to Eaphram "Red" and Elzada (Johnson) Robinson. He was married to Jeraldine Ranson on June 15, 1957. He served in the United States Army and Navy in WWII. He worked for years for the RRB Railroad and was a cab driver for many years. He was well known in the community for helping others.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda Faye Jones of Mesquite, Cynthia Marie Robinson of Denton; sons, Marlon Lee Robinson of Denton, Rickey Lynn Robinson of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters, Alberta Robinson of Crawford, Helen Nolan of Waco; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Annie Lee Hicks, Genetta Dockery, Janie Lee Robinson, Barbara Hardin; brothers, Benny Johnson, Joe Johnson, Lonnie Johnson, A.J. Johnson.
A funeral service will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday June 25, 2016 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust St., Denton, TX. Rev. Mark Chew will officiate the service.
