Frances Elizabeth Tinsman of Krum, TX passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the age of 82. She was born on November 5, 1930 in Martinsburg, WV to Walter and Helen (Smith) Sanders. She married Raymond Tinsman on April 17, 1949.

Frances loved to shop and especially to buy shoes. She also loved to travel. She was a fan of Sonic hamburgers, and watching Wheel of Fortune. She was a music lover and enjoyed listening to the radio and all kinds of music from Christian to soft rock. Frances always had her nails and hair done and always liked to look pretty. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.


A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11am at the Denton Funeral Home. Bobby Cates will officiate.


Survivors include her son, Craig and wife, Pamela Tinsman of Krum; brother, Jonny Harmison of Hedgesville, WV; sister, LaVonne and husband Joe Miller of Kearneysville, WV; grandchildren, Laura Beth Kline of Martinsburg, WV, Danielle and husband, Derek Withrow of Krum, Ellen Ballou of Pueblo, CO; and Jarrett Tinsman of Krum; great-grandchildren, Brianna Kline of Martinsburg, WV, and Sara Ballou of Pueblo, CO; and numerous other extended family members and friends.


She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond; daughter, Holly Ann Kline-Sias; and brother, Genie Harmison.
