Foy Wallace Page, 83, of Denton, Texas died peacefully at Mulberry Gardens on November 18, 2016. He was born in Denton on November 26, 1932.
Wallace spent a career in law enforcement. He was in the motorcycle patrol and the horse patrol in Dallas. From there he bought a farm in Purdon, Texas where he raised beef master cattle. During that time he became the Assistant Chief of Police in Ennis, Texas. When he moved back to Denton in 2014 his health began to fail.
He is survived by two sons: Martin and Calvin Page, a daughter, Holly Nestberg of South Carolina, sisters Peggy Lindsey of Round Rock, Texas, and Shirley Dane of Bryan, Texas, brothers, Dale Page of Purdon, Texas, Perman Page of Denton, Texas, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild. Preceded him in death was a young child, Debbie and his sister in Victory, Texas, Evelyn Urbick.
We wish to thank Denton Rehabilitation, Brookdale North, Select Rehabilitation, Lake Forest Good Samaritan, and lastly, Mayberry Gardens who showed him so much compassion and care.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, November 21, 2016 in the chapel of Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust St., Denton. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday. Rev. James Vinzant will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
