Ethel Fay Gibbins was born in Mead, Oklahoma on November 16, 1932, and went peacefully to see the angels in heaven on October 9, 2022 in Denton, Texas at the age of 89.

Fay married Cleve Gibbins and resided in Denton where she became a wife, mother and a babysitter for many for over 25 years. She is survived by her son Terry Gibbins and wife Koleen of Wylie, Tx, Keith Gibbins and wife Debbie of Valley View Tx. Grandchildren Adam Gibbins of Denton, Tx, Kristi Barron and husband Ben of Valley View, Tx, Regina Pray of Wylie, Tx, Stephanie Ulrich and husband Kevin of Allen, Tx, Andria Carney and husband James of Royce City. Ten great grandchildren Blake, Raelyn,
Austin, Everleigh, Calson, Berklee, Hazel, Rhys, Willow, and Pasley. Brothers William Underwood of Fargo, ND, Jimmy Underwood and wife Mary Beth of Durant, OK, Barbara Gore of Alvin, Tx and several
nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by: Husband Cleve Gibbins. Son Danny Gibbins. Parents Beatrice and John Underwood. Brothers Charles Underwood, Wade Underwood, Kemper Underwood, J.R. Underwood, Hanes

Underwood. Sisters Pansey Lawerance, Jenny Lee Beaty, Ollie Farmer.
Funeral services will be graveside service at Valley View Cemetery on Thursday October 13, 2022, at 2:00p.m.
