Ervin Arthur Birlew, 75 of Farmersville, former resident of Denton, died Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at Medical City Hospital in Dallas. He was born January 12, 1930 in Alikohi, OK to Arthur and Nova Alma (Stuckey) Birlew. He was married to Patricia Shay on June 12, 1964 in Long Beach, CA and was retired from the U. S. Navy and Peterbilt of Denton.

Graveside services will be held at 11 A. M. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2005 at the DFW National Cemertey in Dallas with Full Military Honors.

Mr. Birlew is survived by his wife of Farmersville, and a son Michael Charles Birlew, of Murphy, and one Grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, and seven brothers and sisters.
