Emory Jean Jones, 93 of Appleton, WI formerly of Denton passed away on January 13, 2017 in Appleton. She was born September 6, 1923 in Sanger, Texas to Emory Frank and Frances Lucille (Harris) Wilson. She was married to Earl E. Jones on August 7, 1940 in Marietta, Oklahoma and he died September 6, 1989. She worked for Russell-Newman and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her son Wilson R. and wife   Jane Jones of Appleton, WI daughter in law Ruth Brummitt of Henderson, N C and five grandchildren, Ron Jones, Jr., Gaither Jones. Hayden Jones, Emily Jean Jones, and Jacob Jones. She was preceded in death by son Ronnie Jones.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust Denton, TX followed by a Chapel service in the funeral home at 200 P.M.
