Emma Bingham, 89, of Aubrey died Friday, January 6, 2012 at Denton Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Bingham was born on November 7, 1922 in Wagoner, OK to John William and Dora (Johnson) Stark. She was married to Guy Hilton in 1942 and he died in 1957; she married Jim Bingham in 1960 and he died in 1982. She was a member of the Cooper Creek Baptist Church and was a volunteer for R.S.V.P. for many years.
A visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday, January 8, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Monday January 9, 2012 at Cooper Creek Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Cooper Creek Cemetery. Dr. Richard Montgomery and Rev. Bobby G. Bryan will officiate the service.
She is survived by her son, Wady Hilton and his wife Betty of Aubrey; grandsons, James Hilton and his wife Leigh of Denton, Staff Sergeant Michael Hilton and his wife Jennifer of Little Elm; great-grandchildren, Brad Hilton, Matthew Hilton, Aaron Paige; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
