Obituary

Elva Pockrus, 102 of Lake Dallas, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Sterling House in Denton. She was born February 14, 1910 in Thurber, TX to Monroe and Sarah Fester Salsman. She was married to the late William Patrick Pockrus. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was retired from the United State Envelope Company.

Mrs. Pockrus is survived by a daughter, Maxine Dyson of Lake Dallas, Grandson Terry Dyson of Lake Dallas, Great Grandchildren W. T. Dyson of Lake Dallas, and Kristina Berck of Ft. Worth,, and two Great Great Grandsons, Jonathan Thomas Dyson and Alexander Joseph Dyson. She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Patricia Amm Pockrus, a Granddaughter, Sherry Gay Dyson, and Great Grandson, Patrick Thomas Dyson,

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton from 7 P.M. until 8 P.M. and a funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday January 10, 2013 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Flower Mound Cemetery in Flower Mount, TX
