Effie L. Price, 65, passed away unexpectedly July 4, 2022. She was born in Springtown Texas June 9, 1957, to Thomas Barton and Almeta Lea. She married John David Price October 2, 1992.

Effie is survived by her two sisters Inez and Fransis, children Mechelle King and John Barton Price, stepchildren Josh Price and Jodie Sampson, 7 grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm Monday July 11, 2022 at NTSF Fairgrounds, Fair Hall, 2217 N. Carroll Blvd., Denton.
