Edwin Lees Kershaw Jr. age 76 of Grapevine passed away Monday October 22, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. He was born January 21, 1931 in Shillington, Pennsylvania to Edwin Lees and Eva (Gabler) Fershaw. He married Terri Menotti October 8, 1994 in Denton. He was a gradated from the University of Washington.

Serviced in the U.S. Navy Aircorp.

He was the Director of Human Resources for Boewing.

He is survived by his wife of Grapevine. Daughter's Kathy Kershaw of Denton, Susan Kershaw of Seattle, Washington and Step-daughter Pam Phillips of White Horse, Yukon Canada. Son Michael Kahler of Seattle , Washington. Step-son Chuck Kahler Tacoma,Washington , Don Menotti of Korea. Antony Menotti of Denton. Sister's Mary Riley of Houston, and Nancy Barrett of Pennsylvania. Brother Jo Kershaw of Perry Paul, Maryland. Two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents , Sister Alice Kershaw and Brother Jimmy Kershaw .

Memorial Service will be 10 am Thursday October 25, 2007 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Chapel 2255 N. Bonnie Brae, Denton.
