Edward Lee Beaver, born February 25, 1963, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025 at the age of 62 at his home in Denton, Texas.

As a teenager, Eddie moved to Texas with his family. He later returned to South Carolina to attend Winthrop University in Rock Hill, before settling back in Texas after graduation. Eddie went on to build a long and successful career with Sally Beauty Holdings, where he served as a dedicated desktop engineer for almost 40 years. On April 2, 2011, Eddie married the love of his life, Romona. Eddie was a loving husband whose devotion and kindness were the foundation of his family. His life was enriched by the joy of companionship, the laughter of shared memories, and the strength of unwavering love.

One of his greatest joys was being a proud grandfather. He embraced this role wholeheartedly, offering guidance, warmth, and unconditional love. He also had a love of all things sports and found excitement in cheering for his favorite teams, especially when his youngest grandson was by his side.

Eddie also held a deep love for his church family. His faith was a guiding light in his life, and he found strength, fellowship, and purpose within his congregation. He will be remembered for his devotion, his willingness to serve, and the way he uplifted others with kindness and encouragement.

Eddie's legacy is one of love, loyalty, and faithfulness to the Lord. His generous, gentle, and calming spirit touched everyone around him. He will be remembered not only for his passions but for the way he made others feel valued and cared for.

He was preceded in death by his parents Voigt and Mary Frances (Moore) Beaver; brother, Kim Beaver; and sister, Susan Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Romona Bullock Beaver of Denton, Texas; his brother William Beaver (Sherrie) of Charleston, South Carolina; his sister Jessica Beaty (Robert) of Rock Hill, South Carolina; step-daughter Valarie King of Portland, Texas; step-daughter Michelle Veloz (Agustin) of Sanger, Texas; and his grandchildren Ashton and Ella King, Madi and TJ Gill, and Ethan Veloz, and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Sherman Drive Church of Christ in Denton, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather in fellowship, honoring his faith, his love for family, and the joy he found in life.
