Donna Marion Piatt, 53, of Denton, died Tuesday February 8, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Piatt was born on May 28, 1957 in Marlboro, Massachusetts to Kenneth Richard and Marion (Tirrell) Richards. She was married to David Piatt on October 22, 1976 in Lake Dallas, TX. She owned and operated DP Lab, an orthodontic lab. She spent many hours volunteering for Vision Ministry and was a member of Denton Bible Church.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday February 19, 2011 at Denton Bible Church Chapel, 2300 E. University Dr., Denton, TX. Rev. Tom Nelson and Al Jacobson will officiate the service.
Donna is survived by her husband, David Piatt of Denton; son, Matthew Piatt of Denton; mother, Marion Richards of Denton; sisters, Deborah Kerstin of Corinth, Vanessa Higgs of Stillwater, OK, Faith Loraine Brown of Lake Dallas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Denton Bible Church, Vision Ministries, 2300 E. University Dr., Denton, TX 76209.
