Donald D. Kimbrough

Died February 10, 2007
Don was a retired horse trainer; he was born in Houlka, Mississippi. His family moved to Tiptonville, Tennessee where he spent most of his youth near Reelfoot Lake. Don grew up working very hard, loving baseball and horses. He moved to Chicago at age 20 to find work, and at times worked as many as 3 jobs to support his family. He spent the next 52 years in and around Chicago before moving to Texas 2 years ago.
Don is survived by 9 children;
3 Daughters, Kathy Howe, of Heath, TX, Sandra Schield, of Durango, CO, and Cheri Curry, of Garland TX; 6 Sons; John D. Kimbrough, of Corinth, TX, Charles R. Kimbrough of Oklahoma City, OK, Michael D. Kimbrough of Chicago, IL, John Dean Kimbrough of Chicago, IL, Brent D. Kimbrough of Chicago, IL, and Kim Kimbrough of Florida. He is also survived by 2 Sisters, Norma Jean Mallard, of Benoit, MS and Shirley Johnson of Arlington Heights, IL and 1 Brother, Paul Kimbrough of Florida.
Don had 11 Grandchildren; and 17 Great Grandchildren.
