Destiny Michelle McConnell,  4, of Denton, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2009 at Children's Medical Center of Dallas.  She was born July 23, 2004 in Denton to Jessie Brice III and Ashley McConnell.

A funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. on Friday, May 29, 2009 at the  Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 1111 Wilson St. Denton, with Pastor L. E. Lawson, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.  The family will be at the Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home , 705 N. Locust, Denton for visitation on Thursday, May 28, w09 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.

Destiny is survived by her parents, Ashley McConnell and Jessie Brice III. sister, Aysha Murray,  brothers, DaMarius McConnell, and Jordan Murray,  Grand parents  Henry and Deana Inmon, Birdia and Michael  Johnson,  Conway and Lisa McConnell,  Great Grandparents, Odessa Crowder, Monroe Crowder, and Shirley Wolf.  A host of other family and friends.
