Dennis (Dink) Alan Blount, Age 54, passed away August 12, 2016.
Dennis was born July 28, 1962 in Oklahoma City, OK to Elmo and Darlene (Shaver) Blount. Following his graduation from MacArthur High School in 1980, Dennis resided in Corinth, Texas.
Dennis's greatest treasures in life were his family and friends. He always went out of his way to help anyone in need, and once you got to know him you had a friend for life.
Dennis is preceded in death by his grandparents, Adron and Beda Shaver and Carlos and Esther Blount, his uncle Clyde Shaver, his aunt Jeanie Blount, and his cousins Rick Shaver and Robin Blount.
He is survived by his children Blake and Allyssa Blount, his parents Elmo and Darlene Blount, his siblings Debbie Evers, Erick Blount, Becky Prickett, and Chris Blount, as well as their spouses, and his many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. A memorial service will be Friday September 2, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Carrollton, Texas.
