Our Princess, Delena Grace Zuniga, age 7, passed away January 18, 2024. Her wake will be Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Immaculate Conception 2255 N. Bonnie Brae in Denton, TX from 5:30pm – 7pm. Her funeral will be Friday, January 26, 2024 at Gateway Baptist Church 2401 N. Bell Ave in Denton, TX at 1pm. A graveside service at Roselawn 3801 Roselawn Dr. in Denton, TX will directly follow the funeral service.

Delena was born October 12, 2016 to Amber Braudrick and Roger Zuniga-Banegas in Denton, TX. She was a 1st grade student at Valley View Elementary in Valley View, TX and attended Gateway Church in Denton, TX. She loved LOL dolls, barbies, music, dancing, life, and all things girly.

Delena is survived by her parents Amber Braudrick and Roger Zuniga-Banegas, her brothers: Bryan Ramos, Henry Zuniga, Roger "Niko" Zuniga, and Gustavo Zuniga, her sisters: Jhiorjinah Zuniga, and Rosalinda "Opal Mae" Zuniga, her grandparents: Kelly and Anna Braudrick, Aunt and Uncles: Maegan and Jason Self, Savannah Braudrick, Blake and Faith Braudrick, Jordan Braudrick, Sophia Braudrick, Elias Zuniga-Banegas and Emma Paola Meza, Yessica Zuniga-Banegas, Mariela Zuniga-Banegas, and Trino Zuniga-Banegas. Her cousins: Mia Self, Brayden Cudd, Dason Self, Colten Cudd, Raegan Self, Liberty Cudd, Paislee Cudd, Lucas Braudrick, Gabriel Self, Theseus Darby, Alice Darby, Charlie Braudrick, Elijah Self, Eiraleigh Darby, Kora Darby, Hadley Self, Summer Braudrick, Griffen Darby, Jaxen Darby, Abel Zuniga, Jacob Zuniga, Leslie Zuniga, Grecia Zuniga, Neily Yulith Banegas Zuniga, Isany Maripaz Delcid Zuniga, Zoe Elizabeth Delcid Zuniga, Eduar Exzequiel Zuniga Martinez, Ariany Nicol Zuniga Martinez, and Diana Yaritza Zuniga Martinez.

Delena was preceded in death by her grandmother Delena Laouini, her Abuelo Aniceto "Alex" Medina Gasca, her Abuela Hilda Rosa Banegas-Espinal, her Abuelo Trinidad Zuniga, her great grandmother Wanda Braudrick, her great grand grandfather Kelley A. Braudrick, her great grandmother Sandra King, her great grandmother Sharon Sellers, and her great grandfather Michael Maughan.

Pallbearers for the service will be Elias Zuniga-Banegas, Blake Braudrick, Kelly Braudrick, and Jason Self.
