Debby Davis age 58, of Denton, passed away on Monday December 20, 2010 at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Ft. Worth. She was born October 13, 1952 in McKinney, Texas to Price and Altha Lee (Walker) Stark. She married John Davis on August 13, 1971 in Frisco, Texas.
Debby was a teacher for twenty five years at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, was a member of the Denton Poets' Assembly and was a long time member of Trinity Presbyterian Church of Denton.
She is survived by her husband John of Denton; brother Terry Stark of Denton; son, Weston Davis of Arvada, Colorado; daughter, Leah Rogers of Denton; and her three grandchildren, Taylor, Finlee and Price.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Denton on Thursday December 23, 2010 at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association Greater Dallas Chapter, 4144, N. Central Exp, Ste. 750, Dallas, Texas, 75204.
