A Celebration of David's Life was held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 , at 1:00 pm at Garvin United Methodist Church in Boyd, Texas.
David is survived by his father Troy and step-mother Charlotte, mother Cynthia, Grandmother Donnis, sisters; Crystal, Kasie and Brianna, and brothers; Jason and Michael.
