David Paul Keefer, 77, of Krum, passed away peacefully in Denton on March 17, 2015. Paul was born in Justin, TX on January 9, 1938 the son of Joe Keefer and Mary Laxson Keefer. Paul is survived by five daughters; Paulette Keefer of Lancaster, Anna Beth Mizell of Krum, Len Hott of Denton, Dyanne Wilson of Waxahachie, and Sheila Hart of Lancaster. Four sons; Eddie Cofer and wife Angie of Denton; Louie Cofer and wife Jody of Trenton, TX; Bobby Cofer and wife Laurie of Denton, and Rocky Cross of Denton; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Paul is preceded in death by his wife Charlene Keefer who passed away on July 15, 2009.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday March 19,2015 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, with Max Bellar officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery in Krum, TX. A visitation will take place on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
