David is survived by his wife of 50 years Vicky, his six children Robert (Siouxsie) Elieson, Jay (Matt) Ragan, Ian (Nikki) Elieson, Marianne Elieson, Chris (Meggan) Elieson and Aaron Elieson and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved brothers Bill (Karen) and Steve (Deborah) and sister Elaine Ries, along with a host of nieces and nephews and his church family.

David was predeceased by his loving parents, father Sanfred Elieson and mother Virginia Elieson and his brother-in-law Ed Ries.

David was a beloved father and grandfather, who dedicated many years of his life to helping others and serving in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  He was a quiet and kind gentleman holding the highest integrity in his professional and family life that will be fondly remembered by his many acquaintances and good friends.

Memorial services will be held Friday, August 30 at 10 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on 1801 Malone Street, Denton.  Viewing will be held the hour before the service.
