Danny Paul Gurley, 16, of Denton, died Friday, November 27, 2020 in Oklahoma.

Mr. Gurley was born on January 28, 2004 in Denton to Waylon Gurley and Erin Michelle (Ciarallo) Gurley. He attended Denton High School and was in his junior year.

Danny is survived by his father, Waylon Gurley and his wife Laurie of Denton; mother, Erin Gurley and her significant other Abel of Little Elm; grandparents, Wes and Tammie Gurley of Denton, Cynthia and Gary Storie of Little Elm; sisters, Michala Labue of Denton, Alicen Gurley of Denton, Senica Ciarallo of Little Elm, Layla Kelly of Fort Worth, Rose Younger of Arlington; brothers, Dylan Gurley of Little Elm, Christofer Gurley of Denton, Ely Mendiola of Little Elm, Alex Mendiola of Little Elm, Abel Mendiola of Little Elm.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 4, 2020 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust St., Denton. The graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 3801 Roselawn Drive, Denton.
