Dalton H. Ford, 81, of Aubrey passed away on November 29, 2013 in Denton, TX. Dalton was born in Atkins, Arkansas on September 1, 1932 as the middle child of Robert Lee Ford and Ollie Richardson Ford. Dalton was a veteran of the United States Navy. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in political science. He worked as a real estate broker for more than 40 years, during which time he married Linda Joyce Sloan who preceded him in death. Daughter, Christina Ford of Aubrey; sons Jeffery Richard Ford of Lake Charles, LA; Samuel Gregory Ford of Angleton, TX; Christopher Ford of Irving, TX; sister, Mary Poore of New Madrid, MO; brother, Wayne Ford of Dickinson, TX; and five grandchildren survive Dalton.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 2:30p.m. at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
