Colleen G. Coleman

Colleen Grinstead Coleman was called from her earthly home in Denton, Texas to her heavenly home on April 9, 2024.  She was born in Minter, Texas on February 10, 1939 to Earl (Sam) and Maude Grinstead.  On June 3, 1956 she married Kenneth Lindsay Coleman in Biardstown, Texas.

Colleen loved sewing, flowers, coloring books, crocheting, and gathering with family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, brother Wayne, sister Evelyn, and grandson Matthew.  She was a loving and caring wife and mother who will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Dale Coleman and daughter-in-law Tina of Bridgeport, and her daughter, Cindy and son-in-law Tom Jacobsen of Flower Mound, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  Other survivors include nieces, nephews, and cousins.
