IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Colin John
Nickerson
July 25, 1974 – March 13, 2022
Colin John Nickerson passed away unexpectedly on 3/13/22 at the age of 47. Colin was a man that you would only have to meet once to know that he was truly one of a kind. He had a love for his family that was undeniable. He adored his wife Mari and his daughter Stella and referred to them as "his ladies". Colin and Mari's love for each other was special and simply beautiful. He was a loving and devoted father to Stella and they had a special bond. Stella's favorite words he spoke to her were "You are more beautiful every day." Included in their family were their golden retriever Mia and their cats Fuzzy and Bonita. Colin had a passion for muscle cars, anything with an engine, and rescuing animals: especially cats. He was an entrepreneur who was not afraid to take risks. He cared deeply for his friends and loved to meet new people. Colin enjoyed local craft restaurants with good energy. He loved the outdoors, being in the sun and feeding off good energy. He had a spontaneous love for adventure and experiences that created special memories for those who knew and loved him.
Colin is survived by his wife Mari, daughter Stella and stepson Jacob. His mother Cindy Nickerson, sister Sherrene St. Peters and her husband David, his brother Chad Nickerson, Godmother Marene Nickerson his in-laws Maria, Ramon, Miguel and Omar Villarreal and their families and the entire Villarreal families, close cousins Jessie and Felix Beauchesne, Randy Nickerson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Texas who adore him and will deeply miss him.
He is preceded in death by his father Colin Nickerson and his uncles Felix, Rodney and Thomas Beauchesne, paternal grandparents Joseph Nickerson II and Mary Rene Nickerson and Maternal grandparents Felix and Marion Beauchesne and cousin Joseph Nickerson IV.
Mari would like to extend a special thank you to Colin's close cousin, Heather (Beauchesne) Ratliff, her husband Skip, their children Beau and Journey as well as Colin's Aunt Kathy and Uncle Owen for their love and support during this difficult time.
